Joe Estrada
President
Joe brings 18 plus years of industry experience to Sourcing Unlimited. He started as a sales rep for an award and recognition company, in the Midwest, in the late 1990’s, after he graduated from Brigham Young University, with a degree in Biology. Over the years, Joe has worked for top industry suppliers in Southern California; which helped play a role in him transitioning into the importing world when he joined forces with a colleague to assist him in growing his business. In time, he expanded and moved to bigger opportunities, with various partners, along the way. These experiences lead him to realize that he wanted to, one day, manage his own company and work closer with his customers and suppliers overseas. Joe is enthusiastic about the business and loves the creative side of the promotional products industry. He has worked on many large national campaigns and enjoys brainstorming with clients and coming up with unique ways to build a brand. His relationships with factory owners in China allows Sourcing Unlimited to stay on top of their services as they help clients with their needs and demands. Sourcing Unlimited has become a passion for Joe and a way to develop stronger partnerships within the industry.
Carel Estrada
Import Manager/ Accounting
Carel has been with Sourcing Unlimited since it started nearly 7 years ago. Her many years of experience as an office manager in various industries brings great stability to the Sourcing Unlimited Team. Carel has studied design and is extremely creative, organized and capable of setting up new systems to keep us all on track. She is the person responsible for entering orders with vendors and getting all the proper acknowledgments to our customers once we get a PO. She refers to herself as the wallflower of the company but don’t let that fool you, Carel is extremely talented in managing the orders and doing all the behind the scenes office work that makes things come together for the Sourcing Unlimited Team. She thinks on her feet, but is always thoughtful and detailed in delivery. As an owner in the company Carel has shown passion for building a solid reliable company that our customers enjoy working with.
Linn Pak Wilson
Account Executive
Linn is a successful sales executive with more than 20 years experience under her belt. Bringing her talents to the promotional industry has always been her first love. Linn’s strong traits include the ability to bring the creative side to the clients needs, always finding ways to add value to the project at hand.
She is positive with an infectious energy that goes a long way with establishing secure relationships with her clients. Fortune 500 companies including Mattel, Reebok, Puma and MGM Casino are among a number of accounts she has serviced with their promotional spend, and program implementation. Linn is a team player and most definitely an asset for Sourcing Unlimited in driving sales and bringing creative relevant ideas to the table.
Chloe Liu
Project Manager China Office
Chloe has managed Promotional Products business for over 10 years and has been working with Sourcing Unlimited since the very beginning. She is great at managing our team and the factories in China. The team is responsible for procuring the right facility for each of our projects. Chloe handles the orders in China from start to finish with the rest of the team and is a great leader. She and the staff handle the logistical bookings so that the goods all arrive on time here in Los Angeles. She manages the team on the ground as she coordinates all QC visits with the staff to ensure the products have been made to our standards and specifications. Her experience in dealing with factory owners and production managers are an asset to Sourcing Unlimited. We are happy that Chloe is part of our sourcing team in China.
